At EVEN, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must have all original tags attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Any items returned that show signs of wear, damage, or use will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
