At EVEN, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
 

Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume drops, promotions, or holidays

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • These fees are determined by your country and are not included in your order total

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
  • EVEN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order

  • If your package is delayed or missing, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance

Incorrect Address
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund

  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately - changes are not guaranteed once an order is processed

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
